Cranberry Jam

2 cups whole fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Bring to cranberries, sugar and water to a boil, reduce heat to a low boil for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Taste test and add any additional sugar if needed.

Reduce the heat to the lowest setting for an additional 10-15 minutes – stirring constantly.

Cool in pan for 30 minutes and transfer to a clean jar of container.  Store in refrigerator for up to a few weeks.


This is a small batch, makes one jar of Jam, because I like to make it and use it fresh, feel free the double. I will be spreading mine on fresh homemade bread toast! Yummy!
