Apple Crisp Dump Cake
Oh I love dump cakes! the combinations are endless and always yummy! Today is Sunday dinner with corned beef and cabbage so Apple just seemed to fit.
- Two cans of Apple pie filling.
- One yellow (white or Spice) cake mix.
- One stick of butter
Dump cans of pie filling in 9×13 pan.
Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the top.
Slice butter thinly (even little squares) and lay evenly over the top of the cake mix, or melt better and pour evenly over top.
Bake at 350 for 40 minuets. (until golden brown)
NOTES: I drizzled caramel over the top of the cake mix before putting on the butter. You can use any fruit you like the classic is one can cherry pie filling and one can crushed pineapple.
Warm and bubbly with a scoop of ice cream….Yum!
