Corned Beef and Cabbage in the Crockpot
This is Sunday dinner made easy! Frankly I feel a bit silly posting a recipe for this because it’s so easy! The first time I made this everyone was raving and I felt like…..I did nothing! the Crockpot did all the work!
One head of Cabbage.
Put the corned beef in the Crockpot and sprinkle half the season packet over it.
Cut up the whole Cabbage in chunks or wedges (less the hard stem)and put it on top of the corned beef.
Sprinkle the rest of the season packet on top.
Put on lid and set Crockpot on low for 8 hours.
You will enjoy moist fall apart Corned beef and perfectly tender flavorful cabbage!
Yup! that’s it! If any room is left in your Crockpot you can through in carets and or potatoes also.
