Oh my! these Pork Riblets are amazing!
Moist Tender and full of favor!
I use my Crock Pot all the time and often I will just throw a jar of my homemade BBQ sauce over the top of the ribs and let them go all day, and that’s great too, but there’s just something about those dry rub spices blending and doing their thing all day that makes this special, and the added flavor from the onion doesn’t hurt either!
- 2-3 lb Pork Riblets
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1 TBS paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp oregano, dried and crushed
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
